Sabaahath Latifi is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Director of Behavioral Health at Mediverse Health, bringing 15 years of experience and a deep commitment to building programming and services that meet our community with support, compassion, and spaces that are safe, non-judgmental, and rooted in wellness and growth. Sabaahath has worked with children, adults, couples, and families across a wide range of needs. Her clinical focus is trauma-informed care, and she is currently pursuing certification in EMDR. Her therapeutic approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and spiritually integrated care. At the heart of her work is a belief in the whole person. Sabaahath's approach is client-led and strengths-based, grounded in collaboration and genuine connection. She is committed to walking alongside each client in a nurturing, intentional way — supporting meaningful growth, healing, and lasting well-being.
